“We rented a huge tent (100' x 40') for a wedding reception and are glad that the tent came from Diamond Tent Party Rentals. Mario is a true professional. At the site visit, he was candid by telling us that our first location for the tent was unsuitable and helped us find the ideal location on the property. He was flexible in making last minute changes for adding the ceiling liner (which really dressed the tent up) and adding side panels due to a tropical storm. Everyone remained completely dry despite the 50 mph wind gusts and torrents of rain.

Several of our guests commented with how impressed they were with the tent and how beautiful it looked. Mario contacted us after the storm started (but before the wedding) to make sure everything was still in good order. He was prepared to come out to address any issues that might arise. However, because of the quality of the tent and the expert assembly, everything was still in good order.

Mario's team seems experienced as well. They went right to work and quietly assembled the tent, installed the lining, and add lights and side curtains. The tear down was equally impressive. The tent easily accommodated 14 round tables (seats 10 each), a 20' x 20' dance floor, a wedding altar (relocated inside the tent because of the storm), two bartender tables, two buffet tables, DJ table, gifts table, umbrella stands, and more. The tent could have easily accommodated more without people feeling squished. All-in-all, we were quite impressed with Diamond Tent Party Rentals. If we need a tent again, Mario will be our first call.”
